As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute the hiring process efficiently. Your primary goal will be to attract top talent and individuals who are looking for opportunities and are open to moving to Tayabas.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

  • Conduct initial Zoom screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation by providing Zoom recording and summary of interviews.

  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate the offer process, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Professional demeanor and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).

  • Experience recruiting in specific industries or functional areas relevant to the organization's needs.

  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and experience attracting diverse talent.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics and metrics to measure recruitment performance and inform decision-making.

  • Prior experience with employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly if recruiting for a global or multilingual organization.

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

  • 8-hour shift – 5 days/week

  • Day Shift

  • Tayabas, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
