We are based in Tayabas, Quezon Province, Philippines (2/F Lopez Center, #85 Luis Palad St. Brgy. Angeles Z-1).
Since you’ll be working with U.S.-based IT companies, expect a predominantly Western work culture professional, collaborative, and client-focused. Most of your teammates will be from the U.S., giving you exposure to international work practices. We operate 24/7, depending on client requirements. Schedules depend on the U.S.-based time zones of partner companies.
Typical steps include initial interview, technical & soft-skill online assessment, and a final interview with one of the company's founders. Once you're selected, there may be an additional final interview with a client but it depends on the position and client you are being considered.
The work setup depends on the client you’ll be deployed to. At present, around 75% of our U.S. partners require a pure onsite setup in Tayabas, Quezon. About 20% follow a hybrid (typically 3–4 days onsite and 1–2 days work-from-home per week). A smaller portion, around 5%, offer a full work-from-home arrangement. The exact setup will be confirmed during the hiring process based on the role and client.
