Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve support tickets through ConnectWise in a timely, professional manner. 

• Monitor client environments using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. 

• Perform troubleshooting for Windows servers, desktops, networks, and connectivity issues. 

• Support and manage Microsoft Azure administration, including user management, virtual machines, and resource provisioning. 

• Utilize expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure to manage user accounts and maintain system integrity. 

• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support via calls, emails and remote.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT support (desktop, software, or hardware). 

• Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring software via remote tools. 

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS systems. 

• Hands-on experience in server and network troubleshooting. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 

• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. 

• Must be amenable to work onsite in Tayabas, Quezon Province. ​

Salary Range: Php 20,000.00 – Php 35,000.00 / month
