As an offshore team member, you’ll be fully integrated into their operations while working from the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:​​​

  • Conduct detailed reviews of system settings, workflows, and configurations to ensure proper setup, optimal performance, and compliance with company standards. 

  • Perform regular IT system audits to evaluate security, performance, and efficiency; identify potential risks and areas for improvement. 

  • Document audit findings clearly and recommend actionable solutions or process enhancements to maintain system integrity. 

  • Monitor and maintain automation workflows, ensuring smooth execution of business processes and timely issue resolution. 

  • Troubleshoot configuration, access, and performance issues across various platforms, providing technical resolutions in a timely manner. 

  • Provide guidance and user support, including explaining available resources, help channels, and escalation processes for reporting issues. 

  • Collaborate cross-functional with other departments to resolve onboarding challenges and streamline IT processes for new users. 

  • Partner with internal IT and DevOps teams to deploy fixes, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or client onboarding for complex or enterprise software systems. 

  • Strong understanding of software configuration, workflow optimization, and user adoption best practices. 

  • Proven technical aptitude, with hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise or SaaS-based applications. 

  • Experience performing system audits, ensuring compliance, security, and optimal system performance. 

  • Working knowledge of automation tools, workflow monitoring, and process efficiency systems. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear solutions. 

  • Preferred: Experience supporting or implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions in the IT security, compliance, or Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 / month
