Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to hardware and software problems in Microsoft Windows & Mac OS.

• Fix technical problems by following standard operating procedures.

• Provide support in Chat, Email, and Voice via Microsoft teams and Outlook.

• Installing, upgrading, and configuring software via remote access tools.

• Ensure first-call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.

• Supporting and troubleshooting of Mac Operating Systems and Windows Servers.

• Handle network issues, including connectivity problems, IP configuration, and VPN setups.

• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:​

• At least one year of work experience in a similar job is required.

• Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.

• Familiar with any ticketing system tool.

• Fluency in speaking English is required.

• Previous I.T Helpdesk experience in a BPO and/or MSP environment is a plus.

• Good knowledge of MAC OS is required

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

• Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Salary Range: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 / month
