Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the highest escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians, resolving complex issues involving servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.

  • Provide advanced support for Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization technologies.

  • Oversee the configuration and operation of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality

  • Regularly apply patches, updates, and security fixes to operating systems and applications to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure optimal system performance.

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers; ensure secure and efficient connectivity.

  • Proactive monitoring of systems and alerts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience handling MSP clients

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or escalation-level role.

  • In-depth understanding of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.

  • Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as  Microsoft Azure.

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in using and managing ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Zendesk, Autotask).

  • Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

  • Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php 70,000.00 – Php 95,000.00 per month

​

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift – 5 days / week

  • Rotational shift

  • Tayabas, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
