Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the highest escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, resolving advanced technical issues related to servers, cloud environments, and network infrastructure.

Provide expert-level support for Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).

Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Regularly perform patch management, system updates, and security remediation to maintain compliance, protect against vulnerabilities, and ensure optimal system health.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network and security devices including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across environments.

Perform proactive system monitoring, analyze alerts, and take corrective actions to prevent downtime and maintain business continuity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:​

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Proven experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients, providing remote and onsite technical support across multiple environments.

5+ years of professional IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior, escalation, or systems administrator role.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, user management, virtual machines, and cloud resource provisioning.

Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and general network infrastructure support.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong technical documentation ability.

Highly organized, analytical, and capable of leading or mentoring lower-level technicians.

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by client operations.

Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Php 70,000.00 – Php 95,000.00 per month
