We connect top Filipino talent with U.S. companies and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), supplying them with skilled professionals in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and technical support. As an offshore team member, you’ll be fully integrated into their operations while working from the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting. 

  • Perform hands-on fixes on desktop and server environments, including software installations, upgrades, system configurations, and file backups. 

  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and applications in a higher level. 

  • Record, track, and document helpdesk tickets and resolutions using ConnectWise or other ticketing systems. 

  • Prioritize, schedule, escalated issues appropriately following SLAs. 

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and recurring technical tasks. 

  • Provide second-level support for network, server, and cloud-related issues. 

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and patching. 

  • Administer cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, including virtual machines, storage, and networking resources. 

  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support via calls, emails and remote.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Strong technical background in networking, hardware, and software support. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration. 

  • Proficient in using IT ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar). 

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities. 

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills in English (both verbal and written). 

  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when necessary. 

  • Must be amenable to onsite work in Tayabas, Quezon Province.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Php 40,000.00 – Php 75,000.00 / month
