As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting by processing payroll, managing accounts, and filing reports and payments. You will work as part of a collaborative team to guide accounting clerical staff, prepare payments, and document financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

​

  • Processing of payroll

  • Filing reports and payments with BIR

  • Experience with financial reporting requirements

  • Financial reporting

  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Qualifications:

​

  • Prior experience in accounting, or a similar role - minimum of two years

  • Has good communication skills

  • Knowledgeable using QuickBooks & Microsoft Office 365

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • High attention to detail

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of employment law

  • Time Management

  • Data Entry Management

  • Willing to work in Tayabas City, Quezon

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
